My sister reminded me that Mother’s Day is May 12th – less than two weeks away! While this is my second (we counted last year while I was pregnant because you are Mama the moment you’re pregnant and caring for that little one growing on the inside of you!), it’s my first with Rosemary post-birth! That said, I thought I would share my most loved Mother’s Day gift ideas for the moms and mother-figures in your life.
- A day of pampering. Moms do so much taking care of us and the home and all the other little details. Treat her to a day of relaxation at the spa… or a manicure or pedicure. Always a treat.
- A mother and child session with a professional photographer. A relative of mine is a photographer and was offering these sessions, and I immediately fell in love with the idea. It would be a beautiful way to capture and remember this season of life.
- Lunch or brunch at a favorite restaurant. Treat Mom to a meal at one of her favorite restaurants. No need for her to worry about cooking or cleanup!
- Silhouette portrait or necklace of little ones. My mom had our silhouettes done and framed when we were young, and they are a beautiful keepsake. Late in sharing but love, love this so much. You could always purchase a gift card, too!
- Lake pajamas. Always a chic and cozy choice. Love these, this, this, and this.
- ChappyWrap blanket. A blanket that will cover her from head to toe! Another cozy find and in the best prints.
- A journal or devotional. For those heart downloads and some soul care. Here are a few ideas: Linen journal, or choose one of these (I have the Fruit of the Spirit one and love!). Mom Heart Moments, Satisfied devotional, The Promises of God, or Steadfast Motherhood.
- A pretty toiletry set or makeup bag. One of those pretty and functional things that moms don’t always invest in for themselves.
